Linda Maria Frank has created a new mystery series for young adults. After a life-long career teaching science, particularly forensic science, she decided to marry her love of mystery stories and her knowledge of forensics. She converted the case studies she wrote for her students into full length stories, and calls them “Nancy Drew Meets CSI”.” I wanted to capture the many experiences I have cherished in my life, sailing, falling in love, investigating the many adventures N.Y.C. and L.I. have to offer, to name a few.”

Currently, besides writing. I do a LECTURE SERIES on topics in Forensic Science at libraries, clubs, Senior continuing education, and other venues.

I produce and host a local access TV show, The Writer’s Dream, interviewing authors. It can be seen on YouTube and Cablevision 20 on Thursdays at 3PM.

I belong to Long Island Authors Group, Mystery Writers of America and Long Island Children’s Writers and Illustrators.
