Brian is a retired lieutenant who worked in law enforcement for 25+ years. He ventured into writing because everybody has a story in theml including him. He has published two books, thus far, Hands Across the Sea and The Thin Blue Li(n)e, and is currently working on the third book in this trilogy, Cogs In the Machine. Ernest Hemingway said, write what you know, so that's what he is doing. His books are not the typical police drama. He writes about the inner workings and the behind the scenes moments that lend to its authenticity. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
