Lukas' writing style. Her words trigger curiosity, touch the soul and awaken the mind. The premise of the book was a winner on its own, and all members of our team agreed that it goes to the next stage of the competition right away. The beginning of the book is mesmerizing and gives enough to keep you wanting more. We loved the characters. The characters are well-crafted, likable, and relatable. Sidney and Markus, being the main heroes, are of course the ones we got to know best and were a fantastic duo. The romance intertwined with the action and suspense was realistic and the perfect amount for the genre. The plot itself is well-paced, very engaging, and well-thought-out. The novel has all the needed elements for a great thriller, mystery, and suspense. The action parts are well-balanced. IF THE DEVIL HAD A DOG is a highly recommended book by our team and we hope many readers will enjoy it the way we did! We thank the author, T. K.
