I was supposed to come home for one last summer. I didn’t plan on reminiscing with old friends, I didn’t plan on reliving the past and I sure as hell never expected to see the girl, I once tormented for my own enjoyment turn into something more beautiful than life itself. She had transformed herself into a stunning beauty and no matter what I do, I can’t look away from her. However, knowing that I’m the reason she grew up having an awful childhood is a hard pill to swallow. My only hope is that with the years gone by, she’ll somehow give me another chance.

I hadn’t thought about him for a long time. It took years to get over the torment he inflicted on me, simply because he could. It was easy to fight off the other kids when it came to their bullying, but with him, I simply couldn’t do it, and to this day I still don’t understand why. Now years later I’m a different person and I won’t allow for the same torment to happen again.
