Max Wrigley was born and grew up in the North East of England. He found a love for writing stories at a young age, though nothing came of it. He later revisited his passion at the age of 19 by having a friendship with an author.

Max is currently studying for a BA in Creative Writing and English Literature at the University of East Anglia. He has had work published in anthologies and has done editorial work alongside his studies.

Max has written multiple articles for The Tees Online and the University of East Anglia's award-winning student newspaper, Concrete.

Max's ambition is to publish books that have underlying meanings connected to ongoing issues that people experience. His début book is due to be published in 2023.
