I am the author of, "Behind the Tapestry: My Discovery of God's Grace Amidst Chronic Pain and Loss." This is my memoir. The compelling true story told from behind Convent walls of all that I went through in order to "make peace" with a mysterious chronic illness and the loss of my religious vocation.

I'm not really a writer but this was the one story I just had to tell. It is the Lord's story as much as it is mine. I only wrote this book to help others suffering from chronic pain. And since the condition I have is somewhat rare, not many people are familiar with it. It is called Pudendal Neuropathy and it is life-altering, but not in a good way. The pain is relentless and it can wear a person down. If it weren't for my strong faith in the Lord, I'm not sure where I would be today. I hope my memoir can help and inspire others. I want others to know that if I can "make it out the other side of chronic pain" then so can they. Thanks for having me here and God Bless!
