About The Author
Henry Walton began writing short stories at an early age and took his passion to the University of Washington where he focused on creative writing and journalism before earning a degree in the sciences.
During a career in high technology product marketing, his personal creative writing was placed on the backburner while he directed corporate marketing organizations and the creation of award-winning marketing and advertising campaigns, while traveling extensively around the world.
In 2015, Albion 77, the first of the internationally popular The Journals of Thaddeaus Shockpocket children’s short stories about an absentminded English explorer and his eccentric family was published. Both Albion 77 and Book 2 - Victoria became popular in the steampunk community.
In 2020, Henry published his first fiction adult mystery thriller, Alki Point, about the suspicious deaths of two young women in Seattle involving fentanyl and lobotomies.
In 2022, Henry published The Complete, Slightly Abridged, Journals of Thaddeaus Shockpocket in a new format using OpenDyslxic font to make the stories more accessible to young challenged readers.
