Frank is an avid reader of mysteries and thrillers. He's been married over twenty-eight years with two children. He grew up in Hoboken, New Jersey and currently resides in Hudson County.

Frank's work history has always revolved around social services, including managing a women in crisis center in Harlem, and running an illegal needle exchange program in a state that had outlawed it (New Jersey). He is currently writing a second novel.
