Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Christian Warren Freed served over twenty years in the United States Army. During his time in uniform he wrote several books, taking from his experiences around the world and a love for ancient history. After fighting in three wars, Freed retired and became a full time author. He currently has almost 30 military fantasy and science fiction novels out. His greatest accomplishment to date is finishing in 4th place in the L Ron Hubbard Writer's of the Future contest.
