BILL PASSMORE, world renowned writer and creator, was born 1942 in Athens, Tennessee. Mr. Passmore formed the first rock band in Athens called The Spades which infected its musical genius all over the U.S., Puerto Rico, Europe, and Canada. He wrote and recorded 40 original songs that became iconic. Bill Passmore has impacted that world with his creation of poetry, children's books, and novels.
